My BLUE room

Remember I mentioned that my bedroom back in hometown was painted in BLUE colour before CNY? Yeah I LOVE IT very much. OOooh... I would like to thank my dad for being so kind to let me repaint my room in my favourite colour despite that recession is hitting everywhere in the world. Thank you daddy, I LOVE YOU~!!! =)

Well, initially I wanted to paint the walls and the door of my room in the same kind of blue, with the walls in a lighter blue (Cloudless Sky) and the door in a darker blue (Neptune).

However, that painting uncle told my mum that Cloudless Sky would make my room look smaller. True. So I told my mom to go on with my 2nd choice of colour : Forget-Me-Not. Cool name huh? =) I LOVE that colour wohoo~!!! But man, I forgot to change the colour of my door. So in the end, the blue on the door and the blue of the walls do not quite match. Haha whatever. I have grown to love them anyway =)

p/s: The colours in the catalogue shown on your computer may be slightly different from the actual paint.

Oh yeah, I changed the layout of my furniture too~! Plus, finally, yeah finally, I have a mirror in my room for me to mirror myself =) So my parents got me a new mirror, small cabinet and floor mat. And, I exchanged my table with my brother's since he is always not in Malaysia. Hehe so now my room looks more spacious and can even place 2 mattresses in my room besides my bed.

I shifted the bed to another side and replaced it with my brother's table.
The cabinet and closet remained in their respective places.

Dumped that table to my brother's room ^^ and replaced it with my bed.
I even asked the uncle to paint the small little table in blue =)

No more those "zhap zhap" things in my room because I got a new cabinet!

Like the colour of my door?

Stuffs on my bed.

Hehe let me introduce those things.

From left: Chao Chao, Pooh, Fluffles, Baby Bear, Pork Chop

1. Chao Chao is the purple pillow, which I bring it along practically everywhere even while driving.

2. The Pooh softie was brought to and fro from KL. Inseparable with it because it was a gift from *him*.

3. Fluffles, the blue softie was a birthday gift.

4. Baby Bear was a gift from my brother when I went to visit him in Brisbane during his convocation.

5. Pork Chop, the boneless doggie was a birthday gift.

6. Pooh pillow was a birthday gift from Serene. Oh, it reminds me how much I miss her.

Overall view of layout of my room (closet not in pic).

Well, although my room is not a designer room, not very big and do not have luxurious furniture and stuffs, it is still my favourite place. It is cozy and comfortable. My mum once urged me to shift to my brother's room since his room is larger but I refused.

I love you my comfort zone ^^
