Had a meeting about Fashion Night this morning. So because of Miss Sum's objection, our chairlady has come out with another concept regarding this fashion night. It is proposed to be held on 7th of March (week 8). Anybody interested? Well, further promotion for this event will be done soon. So keep an eye for it ya =)
I just came back from Ice Breaking Team celebration at the KFC beside Carrefour. There is this sort of tradition whereby after every event, there will be a celebration, eventhough that event may not be very successful. Well, it is a dinner of appreciation for the committee members.
This sem's Ice Breaking may not have run smoothly, but at least in the end things were in control. Being a chairperson, I have learnt a lot from that. I am so sorry my dear committee members if I have not done a good job, which I think I have not. I am a newbie in Ice Breaking Team, but thanks to those who were experienced in it for teaching me lots of things. Without my vice chairman - Kai Shen, I think things will be in a mess. Thank god he is such a good and helpful person and has really assisted me well. Thank you to you, and thank you to the rest of you. You guys have worked hard, planned hard, played hard and performed well. I am indeed very happy to know you all and be friends and teammates. =)
And of course, I would like to thank our dear officer - Mr Alvin!!! Wow, he is such a nice person! He reminds me of Mr Tong, the officer before him. Anyway, Mr Alvin really helped us a lot. Besides providing advice and opinions, he also helped us to put up the banner (seeing that me and Shyuan so small sized), lent us extension wire, fetched us around and tried to attend every meeting of ours. I am most touched that he always insisted to join us for meeting because not every officer or advisor is so keen as him. So, thank you sir!
